Founded in 2019, Shereen’s Weddings is the expression of Shereen’s distinctive eye, thoughtful approach and longstanding love of bringing people together. With a background in the wedding industry and an instinct for creating experiences that feel considered yet effortless, her work has taken her from Montreal to celebrations across Italy, Spain, Dubai and beyond. For Shereen, the beauty of a wedding has always gone far beyond what you see. It is the emotion, the anticipation and the rare magic of having everyone you love gathered in one place to celebrate love. It begins with getting to know you. Share a little about your celebration, your vision and what matters most to you through our private inquiry form.
Should your date align with our availability, we’ll arrange a private consultation with Shereen. An opportunity to get to know one another, talk through your celebration and see if we are the right fit.
Following our conversation, a custom proposal will be thoughtfully prepared for you. Once we decide to work together, you can consider us your trusted partner in everything that follows. From that moment forward, we take care of the details so you can enjoy the experience of getting married.

Our approach is rooted in true white glove service and intentionally extends beyond the traditional role of a wedding planner. We become deeply invested in our clients and their celebration, serving as planner, advocate, confidante and trusted advisor throughout the entire process. From navigating budgets and family dynamics to finding the right venue, negotiating on your behalf, attending bridal fittings and simply being there when you need us, our involvement extends far beyond planning a wedding. Our clients have direct access to us throughout the process, with the confidence of knowing they have someone firmly in their corner. If it matters to you, it matters to us.
01. WHAT MAKES SHEREEN’S WEDDINGS DIFFERENT?
Because true luxury should never feel limited by a package. Our full service approach allows us to be there whenever and wherever we are needed, without conversations about allotted hours or what falls within the scope of a service. We believe exceptional service means anticipating needs, solving problems and simply taking care of what needs to be done. By accepting a limited number of weddings each year, we are able to offer that level of involvement without compromise.
02. WHY DO YOU ONLY OFFER FULL SERVICE PLANNING?.
Our signature planning experience begins at $12,000, with each proposal thoughtfully tailored to the scope, location and complexity of your celebration. Our fee reflects the highly personalized nature of our service, the access our clients have to us and the level of involvement we provide from beginning to end.
03. WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT FOR FULL SERVICE PLANNING?
The earlier, the better. Ideally, we begin working together before a venue has been selected, allowing us to guide the decisions that shape everything that follows. For full service celebrations, we recommend reaching out approximately 12 to 18 months before your wedding date, and even earlier for destination or multi day celebrations. That said, every wedding is different, so it is always worth getting in touch.
04. HOW EARLY SHOULD WE GET IN TOUCH WITH A WEDDING PLANNER?
Not at all. While we have spent years building relationships with a trusted network of exceptional vendors, every creative team is thoughtfully assembled around the needs, style and vision of each celebration. We are equally happy to introduce you to the people we trust or work alongside vendors you already love. The right team is never one size fits all.
05. DO YOU WORK WITH A SET LIST OF VENDORS?
We know that not every couple needs or wants a full service planner, but we also know how valuable the right guidance can be. After years spent planning weddings, we wanted to make that knowledge accessible to couples choosing to take the lead themselves. Our Wedding Guide brings together our planning approach, trusted resources, industry insight and access to Shereen, giving you the tools to plan confidently without having to figure everything out alone.
